Domino's Pizza — double payment collected through paytm | |||
On 22nd Feb I made an order of Rs764.54 at a Dominos centre in Marathahalli - Dominos, 71, Mahadevpuramarathalli KR Puram Outer Ring Road Bridge Property No 27 Hobli, near Marathalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037 I did the payment via Paytm. The amount was deducted but my order was not confirmed. So I talked with the manager of the store and he told me that since the order was not confirmed I would get back my money infra days, also he told me to talk with Paytm customer care so that they could help me with it. So I made the payment once again for the same order which was confirmed and I received the order. I talked with the Paytm customer care and they said that they have talked with Dominos and were told that they have received the payment. So Paytm told me to talk with Dominos customer care. Also here are my transaction details - Transaction ID of the transaction which was not confirmed but the money was deducted - [protected] Transaction ID of the transaction which was confirmed and order was placed - [protected] Mobile no - [protected] I have already raised complaints 4-5 times and all I hear is that we are looking into the matter and they just keep on delaying it. Is it so hard for you people to verify the issue using the transaction ID provided? Please reimburse the amount asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
