Domino's Pizza — false promise by the company and its outlet and employees

Hello everyone,

I am a regular pizza purchaser from dominos, we have been regularly purchasing pizza for quite few years from them but have found the quality consistency and standard gojng down in the last few months, along with the companies carefree attitude towards valuable customer is very discouraging.

The incident is dated 22 april 2019 or dr number 32 from the vasco city outlet. The company gave me a 30 minute guarantee but the delivery person comes 55 minutes late and is telling me i won't get any money i will have to eat cold pizza as he had 2 to 3 deliveries to make.

When i call the outlet there is a gentlemen by the name yogesh who picks the call and addresses himself as the manager, and he appologies and assures me that i will get money back for the delay.

After 3 days i call the outlet and they reassure me that within maximum 7 working days i will get my money back as i had paid online.

For the last 3 days the outlet has stopped picking my calls, so i went ahead and called their customer care number they gave me reference number assuring me of an immidiate action on my complaint with call back from the store manager, i also receive the same information through sms from them, but once again same old false promises nothing happens.

I call them at customer care and they keep repeating same story but with a tejsg that within 30 minutes their customer supervisor will do call back after 6 hours of waiting i call back and they make wait for 10 minutes before i can speak to a supervisor who makes me repeat the entire storytelling and his best solution is we eill arrange a call back within er hours.

My question is why are these companies advertising we only accept 100% customer satisfaction nothing less then that we give 30 minutes time gaurantee when the actual fact is tgey hardly value us or our feedback. They font have any grievance cell or complaint system in place nor do they have a nodal officer who can address customer issues on priority.

Why is my family and me suppose to face the music of eating cold tasteless pizza, its really a shame that they still walk scot free without any penalty for this marketing fraud gimmick they are doing to which we fall prey.
