Domino's Pizza — For not placing the order. | |||
Details of my order are - Margherita medium size. Worth ₹216 (With tax). Today at 4:58 pm, i had called for placing my order at dominoes pizza nehru nagar branch, bhilai. After telling my details for order. The person at reception confirmed my order. After 40 mins, i called back for asking about my order as it wasn't delivered. They told that order wasn't placed. But the person in previous shift had confirmed my order. Due to miscommunication between people of different shift my order wasn't place. Hoping for some kind of action from your side. I paid through my debit card at dominos, balance is deducted two times, they said it will be refunded in 2 hours . No refund is done, it almost 5 days

This is sankalp gautam, i am ordering pizza by Android app by hdfc NetBanking my amount deducted but order not placed please refund my amount and your customer support no. [protected] is not working.
