Domino's Pizza — Illmannered behaviour with customer

I was ordering two large pizzas at the paharganj outlet of Dominos. The person on the phone was really illmannered. He asked for my number atleast four times and my address atleast 3 times. He didn't have the knowledge of this place and he rejected to deliver at our place. Although daily i see their delivery guys here. He started shouting. I told him that i'll complaint against you so he said 'jo karna hai kar main nahi darta' (do whatever you want i dont care). Talking to a customer this way is completely disrespectful. I need a strict action towards this ASAP. His name was Shiva Anuj goel [protected] Sadar thana road, D
