Domino's Pizza — Mental harassment and misbehaviour of domino's manager | |||
I would like to report the instance at dominos pizza model town delhi on 15th of june 2017 approximately 9:40 p. M. My daughter's birthday for which i had gone to collect my order of one medium one garlic bread with cheese in it one veggie pasta in white sauce and one coke. The air conditioning in the of dominos was in extremely bad condition and the guests were sweating. The floor was exceptionally dirty and flies were everywhere on all seats and in kitchen. The guest relations staff said the air conditioning was not effective becauseelectrical load was being passed on to the oven installed in the outlet kitchen. Means the load was divided. While we were waiting for our pizza to be delivered there was an exceptionally large movement of flies in the outlet. The guest seated next to us suddenly observed cockroaches in his meal and we requested to meet the center manager. Mr neeraj the center manager, Was extremely arrogant and asked us to adjust with the flies, cockroaches and hot environment in the outlet and poor quality of housekeeping. When i showed him the yellow sticker stuck on the table by the management of dominos if we are dissatisfied with the services then we can claim a refund of our money. He said ut is only for writing purpose and formality and has no value He kept arguing with us for more than one and a half hour to adjust and refused to process our refund. The whole staff including mr kanwar started to circle us and asked us to adjust. Since i was not satisfied with his reply I repeatedly requested him to call or share the contact of his senior mr. Vijay saxena but he did not make me speak with him nor shared his number. I had to call the customer care to get the copy of guest book from the outlet manager.. I and another family reported that matter in the guest book to mr neeraj the managet but he refused to acknowledge and sign. He also refuse the right to our refund and wasted one and a half hour of our time my daughter' s birthday. I am sure you can gonthrough my ordeal and the mental harrasment i faced at the hands of the management for which we are planning moving fssai. The videos and pictures canbe shared on email if one is providęd to show you the extent of misbehaviour and pest problem inside the outlet and kitchen and the unhygienic conditions in the outlet. I'm Shikhan Sarkar. My contract no is:[protected] and my email is:shikhan.[protected]@gmail.com. Yesterday I have placed two orders. On the first order have paid from Paytm but the order was unsuccessful. But the amount of Rs.721 has been deducted from my Paytm account. Now, how do I get back my money.
The pizza ws not in time..
When ther arrived.. they forgot to bring back the coldrink..
Till then the pizza ws not enough hot.
Moreover i ordered cheese burst bt i cudnt find the same..
It ws very dissapointing treat for my guest
