Domino's Pizza — Misbehave and did not returned my money

This is the worst experience i had with dominos. The delivery boy is so unprofessional and had no "etiquette" of talking to customer. He gave 3-4 missed call at the starting. I did not return the call because number was unknown to me then he called me and asked “do you have an order which needs to be deliver?” i replied “yes, please deliver it”. Then he lied to me that he is standing outside and asked me to come outside of my campus area (The place which is not mentioned in delivery address) to get the order delivered. Still i reached out to the place as per his convenience. When i reached there, no one was there. I called back thrice then no one picked up the call. 3-4 minutes later, the person is giving me miss calls. No professionalism in delivery attempt with “missed calls”. I called back and told him no one was there so lets avoid this confusion please deliver my order in front of my office building which was mentioned in delivery address as well. So he replied that he will deliver my order 15 minutes later now after other order. I said no issues.

Then he started giving me missed calls again after 10 min. When i did not answer his 3-4 “missed calls”, he called me and said with “very big attitude” in annoying sound — “aapko order lena hai to niche aa jao” and disconnected. I thought what kind of behavior was this. But i went out to get my order. I asked him that you should not behave like this. Anyways i asked him to give me my order. He gave my order with 3 “seasoning” and 3 “chilli flakes”. I said 3 is not enough for 2 pizzas. Give me more so he denied to give more and said “isme lagi huyi hai, extra nahi dete”. I said fine, take the order back and i will give your behavior feedback to dominos. So he again showed his “big attitude” and said — “jo karna hai kar lena, main nahi darta”. I was like, what was my mistake and why he is showing so much attitude to me. Being guilty for this issue, instead of accepting his behavior related mistake, he is showing attitude and wasted my time and met me with the worst experience. I was thinking what my fault was, and then i realized “ordering from dominos was my mistake”.

Then i got a call from someone from number [protected] from sector-47 gurgaon branch. He claimed himself the manager of the sector-47 branch, i told him everything and then he said he will take disciplinary action against the person and he requested me to accept the delivery now and, because order had been delayed by more than 35 minutes (At the time of conversation and counting) due to bad behavior of his staff, he will follow the dominos policy of “30 minutes or free”, and will deliver the order and process the refund amount of rs486 and he said this is our attempt to rectify the mistake happened and customer has to suffer due to dominos. Requested me to give dominos another chances to serve me better in future and not to lose my faith from dominos. Then another delivery boy came at 9:06 pm to deliver the order placed at 7:30 pm.

Now the new issue is, the person who called me from number [protected], promised me to refund my amount and delivered the order saying “this is our attempt to rectify the mistake happened”, is denying to refund my amount and not started refund process till now. Should i trust the fact that dominos has employed the people who are well trained in misbehaving and lying to the customer? When i refused the order due to misbehave of delivery boy then why i was offered the refund and the delivery both? And if offered, why it is not fulfilled as per promise?

What the hell is sector-47 wants to proof? Do they have little respect of the customer or the word promised by them? Seriously i never expected this kind of things.

The delivery boy came after 1 hr and when i told him 30 mins or free he started arguing with me and returned back without delivering the pizza after that i gave the feedback on dominos website even though i didnt got any satisfactory answer
