Domino's Pizza — my pizza was delivered to someone else | |||||
I checked into Dominos pizza, Vijay Nagar, Jabalpur and ordered my pizza. I waited for 40 mins. and went to the counter to inquire about my order. Because of the fault of the staff, they delivered my pizza to some another customer. Afterwards, due to wastage of my time, I had to place a new order. I am attaching the picture of the original order placed. pfa. The details of my transaction are as follows: Centre - Dominos Pizza, Vijay Nagar, Jabalpur Day/Date - Sunday,[protected] Invoice Number - 66408/17/17468 Order No - 162 Time - 8:26 pm (IST) Server - Pushpendra 3 Dine In - MR Rajak Corrected Client Name - Rajat Kathal Client Mobile No - [protected] Please see into the matter at the earliest and register the complaint very seriously so that it does not happen to any other customer in the future and refund me with the appropriate reimbursements to make up for the same. Order # 102, from Kundanhalli Dominos bangalore on 29th June 2017. Two items ( non veg taco mexicana ) from the bill were not delivered but the refund never came. They told me to wait till 7 working days but now its been 14 days. They do not have a customer care email id as well to raise a complaint.
