Domino's Pizza — Order & customer service | |||
I had order for food (pizza) on 30th Jan 2021 which got delayed by 22 mins .. upon calling them to inquire about the order, the worst part happens i.e the delivery boy teams up with some other person who pretends to be a store manager who abruptly hangs upon me when asked for complaint form .. And then when called second time says go ahead and cancel the order or else wait as they have too many orders to be served .. I didn't have an option and had to wait as I didn't want to go hungry ..after that When I followed up with he guest care service from Domino's .. I don't get any kind of resolution .. all I get is false promises and over the top of that they have the audacity to ask me to keep patient and wait for a resolution .. I tried contacting them over the mail every week .. (on the 6th Feb, 12th Feb and on 20th feb) however I still haven't received any resolution .. I have also dropped an email today to the CEO of the company i.e pratik potaji on his official email id which is [protected]@jublfood.com and his personal email id which is [protected]@gmail.com However it seems all my please will go unheard .. the customer service & the guest care service is turning out to be a pain Hopefully this will help me if I file for a consumer complaint Was this information helpful? | |||
