[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — Order not placed after amount is deducted

I placed an order on Domino's app with payment option through Amazon pay because there was a coupon for cashback. At the time of payment it was directed to Amazon website for Amazon pay and accordingly the amount 492 was deducted from my bank account and also a successful transaction order was shown on my Amazon pay transaction but the order was not placed on the Domino's. Even the customer care on the app was not helpful as no order or order ID was available. My order was still in the cart. Amazon customer service also asked to contact the merchant concerned. Finally I sent a mail complaining to [protected]@jublfood.com and they responded with a ticket and are saying to try after sometime for online/network maybe busy and the amount deducted will be credited within 7 days and here I am hungry and angry.

My deducted amount minus the Amazon cash back (492-15=477) was credited today after 3 working days.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
