[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — payment successful but order not placed

I had ordered pizza worth RS.239 on December 28 2018 through Domino's website. Payment was made via Free charge wallet. Money was debited and transaction was shown as successful but Order did not get placed. On contacting Domino's customer care and the restaurant from where I tried placing the order, I was told no order was received from my number and a refund would be made within 5 days. No refund has been received yet, neither has any intimation made regarding the order or the refund. Please initiate the refund asap.

Thank you for the quick resolution of the complaint. Posted the complaint on Wednesday night. Received an SMS this morning from Dominos saying the amount will be refunded and amount was credited to my Freecharge wallet by afternoon.

The transaction was done on December 29, 2018 and not December 28, 2018 as previously mentioned.

I had placed order around 10.30 on Monday and till now i have not received the order. i tried calling them multiple times but no one was picking up the call.

Its better to shut down rather than having a worthless dominos shop like this.
