Domino's Pizza — Paytm payment refund not received | |||||
Hello! I had ordered a pizza on 4th may 2017. I had made the payment via paytm The order number was:- #a506302c0a59a100db84da791217b1288. This order was paid at around 13:44 and the amount was deducted from my paytm balance. The dominos branch where this order got placed called me saying that this order hasnt been paid for and i need to pay again. The amount for the order was ₹467, i paid this amount on their behest that i would be refunded the previous amount within 7 days as such cases where common. However i havent been compensated till now and have paid up twice in the bargain. I had contacted paytm and they said that they need a consent mail from you saying that you havent received the payment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
