Domino's Pizza — refund delayed | |||
Hello dominos, I’ve registered my complaint with dominos c care on 9th nov. I even sent an email. It’s been 9 days, refund not processed. No one reached me out, no reply form dominos. Request to refund in 24 hrs from now. No one replying to my email or issue over call with customer support. This is not expected from dominos. It is really ridiculous!!Had ordered by paying from netbanking yesterday (Inv:67182/19/19323) for 20 people 35 items and they missed 10 items and no cash refunded.On top they took 3 hours to deliver and the whole guests were waiting on the desk gaping each other!! Ridiculous!!
