I have ordered a pizza twice from the mobile app and the money got deducted how ever the order was not placed. I have been trying to contact customer care but they take all my details and put me on hold and finally disconnect the call. I want my complaint to be taken seriously and my money to be redunded as soon as possible. Its been 21 days m trying to contact someone and i have lost patience.
