I ordered two pizza's from Domino's Geeta Colony branch on January 1st 2017 and the delivery was late, as i had made the online transaction for my order, I was denied any refund at that time. The delivery personal and the manager of the Geeta colony branch stated that because it's New Year Eve (which it was not) we have delay in the delivery. Prior to the conversation with customer care, I was assure that i'll we be refunded the full amount within seven working days. But even till today (January 11th 2017), I have not received any refund from the Restaurant. When I contacted Domino's regarding this on January 10th, 2017, I was informed that there will delay by two business days. As, nine working days has passed, the restaurant has no respond regarding the refunds. They are denying to provided any written refund confirmation since day one. Most of the conversation regarding this matter with Geeta Colony branch manager, delivery personal and customer care were rude.

the order was cancelled as and the money will be refunded in next 4-5 days. Till date it has not been refunded back.
