Domino's Pizza — refund not processed
We ordered Pizza from Domino's through swiggy app on 31st December 2018 with Order Number: [protected] with total value of INR 1702. The app gave us the notification of pizza being delivered to our address but the pizza was never delivered. We had ordered at around 9 pm and waited till 1: 30 am but the pizza was not delivered. when called on customer care they said that they had many orders that day and because of which there was some problem, swiggy connected us to Domino's directly because the payment was done to Domino's directly and the delivery was also supposed to be made by Domino's. Next day we called Domino's Customer care and they took our complaint, we even spoke to the manager of the outlet, his name was Javed, they promised us that we will receive the refund within 1 week and now its been almost 1 month, even after calling them several times they have no idea when the refund amount will be credited to our account. This is highly unethical way of doing business. If they were not capable to cope up with the number of orders on 31st December eve, they should not have take the order, plus the delivery executive placed a wrong remark of order delivered. I have attached the screenshot of the bill. We can provide the cc tv footage of that evening showing that the delivery boy never delivered the pizza to our address.
