I placed an order on 30 april at 9:30 which was supposed to be delivered by 10 as per their policy but was delivered at 11. The delivery boy gave the order to the security and ran away without calling me or informing me that the order has arrived.
I have called them 15 times and mailed them but i have not recieved any positive response. They only give false promises
