Domino's Pizza — Refund not received for an online declined order on domino's website | |||||
This is to bring to your notice that i have not yet received any money pertaining to my online pizza order which got declined and the transaction number is dc[protected] dated[protected] amounted rs.970. The incident was as follows - i had gone on the domino's online order portal on my mobile phone and order few items amounting to a total of rs.970. The page after finalizing my order took me to the payment gateway page. I paid through my debit card and i received had sms stating rs.970 (The billing amt) had been debited from my bank account. However at the same time the online portal of domino's displayed as the order has been declined and i received the following email. The initial notification on email that i received on january 27th, 2017 was - "oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days." And then followed 3 notifications dated. 27th feb, 3rd feb, 11th feb from [protected]@jublfood.com to receive call from the dominos to address this concern. I have been always opting for domino's over other pizzas available across, but incidentally domino's have loosed credit-ability from my end.
