[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — Refund not received since 23rd July

I have ordered pizza from Dominos on 23rd of July and made payment through Payumoney payment gateway with reference no [protected] which was presented by the website but when my order received it was mentioned as Cash on Delivery.

After talking to customer care I had been informed that I will get a refund and according to them the refund is been processed on 29th July but I haven't received it yet.

Dominos customer care is not able to understand the concern and might have given wrong reference number as [protected] reference number is for the payment not refund. Please take the proper action on them.

Got the refund after 1 and half month after raising complaint here.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
