Domino's Pizza — refund not transferred.

Placed online order on 22-oct. Still refund is not transfered.
I did the online order first. Order got cancelled and money got deducted. Domino's claimed that refund will be processed in 5-7 working days. Got sms for the same too. Finally i placed the direct order to store and paid in cash.
Not while checking the refund status stores are asking me to contact the store where i placed the first order. Don't have the details since order got cancelled. Even order status is not showing the store details.
Pls do let me know how will get the money refund.
