Domino's Pizza — refund of online order | |||||
On 8/10/2018, i did online payment for two pizzas and coke but received no confirmation mail after payment deduction. After calling the customer service centre, i had to order again and paid cash. The order reached to me in within 30 minutes as the company says but the order was incomplete as the coke didnot come then after 20 more minutes got coke when the delivery person asked another person to bring it. For all this i had two wait for one and half hour. So for the inconvenience i request the company to kindly refund me rupees 595. I faced the same issue today. I placed the order through mobile website and payed using PayTM. The amount got deducted from PayTM but did not receive the confirmation.
On calling the customer care got to know that refund was initiated and it takes 6-7days for the refund.
Why deduct the amount when the order cannot be fulfilled and lock the amount for 7days?
Very bad overall experience.
