I ordered from Domino's worth ₹636 at around 19:42:42. At 20:09, I got a call from their executive stating that the pizza cannot be delivered at my specified location so I need to come within 10 minutes to Kumarapuram Junction to collect it. I requested her to kindly tell the delivery executive to call me. I reached at the specified location within 8-9 minutes but their delivery executive came at 20:33 hrs, which is technically almost around 52 minutes after placing the order. By that time, I had called their customer care around 8-10 times and the mobile from which they called me around 5-7 times but without any response. When I asked the executive to connect me to their manager and I explained the situation that it's almost 52 minutes late and it won't be hot by then. He agreed for a full refund for my order but told that since I ordered through their app, the refund amount will come only into my Domino's wallet balance. This bounds me to order through the company again which is clearly an unethical practice. Why should I be bound to order from them again when I am paying through my account while ordering?
I demand them to process the refund into the same account from where I paid.
