Domino's Pizza — Refund request rejected even after pizzas delivered after one hour and cold too | |||||
Order date- 09 th april 2017, location - windsor park wakad pune.. i ordered 3 order one at 01:40 second 01:47 and third one at 01:49 .. i got my delivery at 02:45.. when i demanded free pizzas they declined my request.. pizzas were not hot and cold drinks were not chilled.. they ruined my sunday lunch, ... after 5 calls and 5 times i raised the complaint in dominos site refrence numbers are- 2756868, 2753946, 1419386, 2756366 and CASE ID: 2760607, i mailed you guys 4 times and after that my order was more than 1500 rs and the manager is first offering me 1. next time some discount on pizzas, but we cant give you that in mail, after too much fight 2. max 300 rs.. i do not know what to do and where to go.. registered mail id - [protected]@gmail.com mobile number [protected], Was this information helpful? | |||||
