Domino's Pizza — refund takes 7 days for failed order and why should i pay again to order second time | |
I placed the order through mobile website and payed using paytm. The amount got deducted from paytm but did not receive the confirmation. On calling the customer care got to know that refund was initiated and it takes 6-7days for the refund. Why deduct the amount when the order cannot be fulfilled and lock the amount for 7days? Very bad overall experience.
