Domino's Pizza — Related to refund

My name is Maulik Patel and my registered mobile number is [protected].

I ordered pizza from dominos on 10Jun2022. I ordered it on phone call so as per my conversation I have made payments through the barcode which was I found in my bill. At the time of delivery that payment was not reflected in my order so I have to make another new payment at the time of delivery.
I have generate a support ticket with ticket number [protected] about the double payment and refund. But still not found any update and now they are not giving me any answer.
