[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — such a worst customer service that I won't buy any pizza from you | |||||
Through your website i ordered pizza on 30th july evening & as shown in the site itself expected a discount of 20% as my first online order to them was worth Rs.801. When it was 20% discount not reflected in invoice then i wrote few lines to [protected]@jublfood.com as suggested by their online service staff. They replied to my email [protected]@gmail.com by giving ref number 3163435. No one answered as said in email for two days so again i wrote & they gave me another number 3169777 assuring some one will talk to me. Now till i write again this moment no response. Normally we don't see such a Lethargic approach by any establishments as customer are the backbone & only because of customers you became stable in market. I hope there must be some one who understand what i mean to say. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 9, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved It shows resolved but nothing has happened & how it shows resolved?No one called & no one followed either way...Complaint is remain as it is... Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
