[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Waiting for refund from last 15 days | |||||
I ordered online from domino's on 2nd december 2016 and paid online through idea money. The order amount was rs 598 and order number was 19. However the order got cancelled and i got an email from domino's on 5th december 2016 that rs 598 refund has been initiated whose transaction id is: 86151895. My registered email-id for domino's is [protected]@gmail.com. However till date i. E. 19th december 2016, the refund amount rs 598 is still not credited in my idea money wallet. I have contacted domino's customer care via twitter and from past 15 days they are replying repeatedly the same line that they are looking into the issue. Just same line they have replied for the past 15 days and now they are not even replying to me. I am feeling cheated by them. Kindly help me to get rs 598 refund from domino's. Dec 23, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Domino's gave me an email and SMS with bank reference number as a proof that they have successfully processed the refund. After receiving this information from Domino's, within few hours the amount got credited in my idea money wallet. Thank You for the help. Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
