I booked my New bike from New Delhi to varanasi by Dortodoor Packer and mover on 3rd of Feb 2017. Initially they said that thy have godown in varanasi but when i called them for bikr, they asked me to come outer of varansi by 30 kms.My byke handedover to me in damage condition and no one is ready to pick my phone and when i said that my bike is in damage condition then they said "we cant do anything . Also they charged 5000 with surety that bike would reached to me safely.There were many scratches and fule tank is broken when bike handed over to me .And no response form Company side till now . Please help me.

I am also suffering a lot due to these cheaters. Today only i have lodged a complaint in consumer forum against them. There are many people who have suffered due to these frauds. If you wish we can together teach them a lesson. I am filing a police complaint against them. They are asking for double money for delivering my packages.
