I am complaining about a parcel i. E a book. It's delivery date was 6th of december but i didn't receive my parcel. I recieved a call from the service boy by 11 that your parcel will b delivered today (6/12/18) but i waited till 6. Today i called him he said other service boy will deliver ur parcel but nothing reached to me. M very disappointed with dotzot
