[Resolved]  Dotzot — courier boy not contact but sms comes as- receiver request to deliver another date

I have book an order of 2 books online at sapnaonline.com
They send the books via Dotzot.in

Dotzot tracking id:[protected]

for the past 2 days no body contact me but.
the message comes as
- Receiver request to deliver another date from Dotzot.

The courier service at Dotzot- DTDC is poor.
When i call the courier office (+[protected] nobody takes the call.
Nobody books at this company.
