Dotzot — Delivery boy cancelled delivery by himself

I got sms today at 2.30 pm that your order is going to deliver from then till now i am waiting but i got sms again that delivery cancelled because of reciever refused to accept it. I don't understand what kind of service is that. Your franchise at katol 441302 is just sucks. And spoiling the name of company he don't have any delivery boy. It is happening with me 2nd time.
If you can't give home delivery then just give me a call i can peak up my parcel. Due this nonsence i have lossed my useful time.
