[Resolved] Dotzot — delivery issues

I ordered tshirt from sportsheap.com website. The tshirt came through dotzot courier. But they didnt deliver at my home and the tracking system is showing tat delivery address pincode is wrong. The same pincode which i used for long years. And i didnt receive any calls from dotzot regarding wrong pincode. The parcel still remains in rto at cochin. Kindly take action

My correct and mention pincode is 686667
