Today i have recieved a parcel through your courier service through shyam sales my shipment id is I[protected].but when i opened it it was not my product so i want to return it back.but there is no return address on it only phone number is there i want the return address . the product was ordered in the website caled xpressbees.com i couldn't find any option to return that product so please tell how to return my product and how to reefund my money...thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||

As per our process we do not pick up any return shipment without the specific instruction of the sender. Since the Dotzot airway number is not mentioned we are unable to check.
