[Resolved] Dotzot — No update of parcel | |||||
Parcel Number :[protected] my parcel was shipped on 28 OCT and still not delivered. No delivery person contacted me and no update on the parcel. there was update on parcel status also till 2 days back when i got a call from someone of DOTZOT which asked if i have received the parcel which i did not then they updated the status in back date of 14 NOV as in destination area. i have not received any update on the delivery and still waiting for any call after that. pathetic service by DTDC Was this information helpful? | |||||
