Dotzot — very late process and no contact number of your courier service | |||
I've placed an order from henry and smith on 3rd of this month and the process started from 4th. On 5th it's updated that it's in transit to visakhapatnam in early hours of 5th. Today it's 7th sep and till now it didn't reach visakhapatnam. Ive already mentioned while ordering that the order is to be delivered by 9th as it's a gift for someone. I've been told i'll receive it by 9th. I don't know if it'll be delivered by 9th or not. My awb number is i[protected] and my reference number is h68250in. Can you guys escalate the same and deliver the product by 9th. And there is no customer service number of your courier service as well. How can one contact you guys.
