Dear sir, I have got massage about failure of delivery due to refusal by receiver but no one has deliver or contact made to me so it is wrong. I also tried to contact person whose mobile number given (Mobile no. [protected]) but unable to contact as mobile was switch off. My reference no. Is[protected].
