Dove — store coupon

Hi i was trying to use my bogo free coupons and the store wouldn't take the coupon saying that the machine didn't accept the coupon. So i went to another cashier at the same store and was told the same thing. I had used one earlier at another store without any problem. It was for the dove buy one and get a free mens dove. Well long story short i got stuck with 10 coupons that expired on the 30th of july. I was so upset. I don't understand why they would not accept a paper coupon. I will not shop at that store anymore. I'm more upset i wasn't able to get my dove products.
