Dowkart — didn't get my order from dowkart

So i had ordered some clothes shoes and some accessories from this site called dowkart.com, they were providing all their items extremely cheap first i thought it must be some strategy for the new site to stand strong in the market later after making the payment i thought of tracking my order and there was nothing. I got one mail written this is your order number and after when i mailed them and i tried calling them i didn’t get any kind of response from their side and since it’s happened with so many other people also therefore something has to be done now. Some strict action should be taken and all the people who got looted must get their money back.
