Doxter Infosys — penalised for not doing work

Because of some financial problems, i apply online for a job in many companies.in that i am the one who also applied to a quickr website for part time. I got a phone in a few minutes later. It was a men voice named ankit gupta in true caller. He says that the work is to fill up 700 forms in 7 days a week, by looking at some information, which they will be able to do. I will be paid for 27 rupees per form. Also said that even if 10 % of the work is wrong, it means that even if 70 % of the work is wrong, the whole money will be paid. The terms and conditions are that i will not be able to log in from multiple devices and even if i do not want to do the work, i have to pay them 7899 rupees. Also say that registration fees will cut from the salary. I was still aware of that it might be fraud. I thought and when i searched in google, it shows most of the people got affected due to them, so please take a further action on them. They might be a fraud and threatening all people who are involving in this.
