I have been applied for my graduation degree with online process o[censored]niversity approximately one month ago. That same time i paid rs 1000 as back exam form submit transaction id of that transaction is [protected]
But i didn't get my degree yet. Also i didn't get any call or mail regarding this request.
I am continually calling on their landline no but no getting any response from there side. I need my balance back on urgent basis.
