Dr. Baba Sahed Ambedkar Hospital — Hospital medical board not providing a medical fitness certificate

I appeared in crpf medical examination but the crpf medical board declare unfit in medical. Now i completed my treatment as per physician. So, now i want get medical fitness certificate from govt. Hospital but ambedkar hospital medical board has denied to make my medical fitness certificate.
Please provide me correct information regarding this issue.

One man and one child die toady at ambetkar hospital at rohini sec 6 and the doctor was using mobile phone at duty time they don't hav time to operate the patient. If someone intrepid them so use the power full words
