Dr Batra's — psoriasis getting worse after treatment - need refund

I have started treatment before 5 months & had paid 16000/- for a year. When i started my treatment only my scalp was affected but after starting the treatment it has started spreading on my back. Every time when i visit the doctor he blames whether & other factors for getting my psoriasis worse. But i believe if i am regularly taking my medicines & following all instructions then other factors should not affect. Now i want to stop the treatment and want my money back.

When I started they didn't told me about the 3 month and 6 month packages they diretcly said to take an annual package.Now for some personal reason I am nit able tp continue
It has been 3 months
I told them to take the money of 3 months package and give the remaining amount back.
But they are not accepting it
