Dr Batra's — refund of money rs 23000/-

I have gone to dr. Batras clinic in bhopal location, for hair fall treatment. I have paid the one year fee for the treatment rs 23000 by opting the emi option through hdfc bank. But due to medical emergency and not having sufficient fund. My father discuss this issue by meeting dr. Mazhar querishi. My father told the issue to him, but he forcing to extent the treatment. But right we cannot do this due insufficient fund, they are also telling the process is long for refund and we will deduct the amount also. Which is not at all acceptable. I want my whole amount be refunded without any deduction. Otherwise i will have to take some strict action to be taken against.
Also due to current situation going on in india. I am wont be able to meet the dr. Querishi in clinic. Kindly resolve the problem by telephonically.

Requested to response the problem soon. Before the starting of emi deduction.

Updated by palakdubey09 this is another reminder regarding my complaint for refund of money. 23000 rs/- . yesterday my father went to the clinic to talk about the refund. but the officials said that it would take 3-4 months more. I need the money urgently kindly please do something about it. I want the response as soon as possible.
