Dr Batra's — Unhelpful staff and no clear information

Hi Team,

I have registered for 2 years of treatment plan. I am on medication since one year now. Not even slightest improvement in my health.
Also, I will be travelling abroad for one year, hence I want to discontinue the services. When I called the clinic staff is not sure about cancellation process. I went to hospital thrice, sometimes they say cashier is not there sometimes doctor will not be there. Sometimes they are not aware what to do in such cases. I have already paid 25, 000/-, Please repay the remaining amount.

Let me know how to proceed with this.

Today I called the Whitefield clinic and the person is saying they will review my email today. And number is [protected].
If the issue is not resolved I would be going to Consumer forum.

What happened team? You got patient ID and then stopped looking into it. Atleast respond you won't be giving the money back. Really worst .. I will not recommend anyone to go for Batras.

On Saturday, 27th August I got call from Batras, Mumbai saying I will receive a call from doctor on same day.

I have not got call any call till now.

As said earlier I have received the call from Batras Mumbai saying a doctor will call me. Also I get advertisement messages of batras. So I guess the number is available with you guys.

I have received a message saying my appointment with doctor is fixed. And other side you are saying you are unsuccessful to contact me. Nice :)

I guess you can provide me your number or update me when can I go to the clinic to collect the refund.

If you are unable to solve the problem, kindly provide some higher point of escalation which will actually help me.

I have received a call from clinic for the appointment. It seems that me visiting the clinic three times to stop the treatment and raising this complaint and following up is of no use.

I guess you are waiting for me to complete the two years of treatment plan which I opted for and then close it.

I had visited your clinic, they are not aware about the complaint raised. I guess the information is not conveyed to them. Its truly a big mistake to take treatment at Batras. Worst concern for ant patients.
Following up with you all since six months now. Really appreciate the indiscipline.
Any update? You have frustrated me a lot.Probably I would visit your clinic to get anti anxiety tablets. Nice way of treating people.

More than a month I have not followed up. I have visited your clinic frequently and asked people to stop the treatment. Still they send me the appointment SMS every month. I have called up people and said I will not be coming to the clinic as I have requested to stop the treatment. I dont know how many more months I have to follow up with you guys. Is this some kind of a entertainment or what? Can anyone be serious and do the needful instead of torturing people like this? I never knew Dr.Batras treats their patients in such way. I regret to say that I never ever will recommend Dr.Batras for any of the people I know.
Its the limit now team. Please do not frustrate me more. Going to clinic calling up people... I have other works as well apart from following up with you people.
If I say I want treatment one more year ten calls will come and process will be done with ease, since I am cancelling this is happening.
This attittude is really really unfare.
