I had pre paid the bill which Iam attaching herewith. Firstly I was not provided the report on time, and was constantly misguided. I was told to make multiple calls, that all proved futile and on asking for the report, I was told false reports on phone and later I was informed that the samples were damaged and needed to be replaced with fresh samples. This entire scenario caused a lot of mental harrasment to me and my patient. I want a refund of the amount paid.
