[Resolved] Dream11 Fantasy — amount blocked in dream 11 account | |||
I had paid rs 1999 for joining a league today but as the league was cancelled, my amount was refunded to dream11 wallet as unutilized cash. Why?? This is not my default. Why you have blocked my money in the wallet instead of refunding to original source of payment. There is no option either to transfer it. I have not received any response from customer care. Sep 10, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Firslty, I contacted through HELP section given on Dream 11 app/website.I didn't not get any response. Then I complained here. After that, I got their reply next day, thought they didn't understand my query. I had to email them 4 times for this issue.Nevertheless, it was sorted out.
Please make note that dream 11 will not reply through mail directly in the first instance. You have to contact them through HELP. Though, later on you can reply them on the same mail you receive from them. Dream11 Fantasy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
