Sir I am Ravi Panchal for aedabad and i got a number of mr arpit dhull from facebook and he told me via whatsapp he confirmed won me in dream 11 world cup match on 31 at may 2019,
He forward me some winning person details via whatsapp that time i need money also for my 9 month daughter so i accepted and transfer money via online his bank details is dream ltd

After some time he ignored me day by day then i told him pls refund my money if he didn't winning me so he told ok i refund after world cup finished but he didn't refund after wc he again told me refund will be possible after 15 days that time i wait for refund but now he again told me after two month he refund my money.
Kindly refund my money sir that is my saving money for my daughter.
