Dream11 Fantasy — I'm complaining against dream11 withdrawal policy.

Hello dream 11,
I made my own league of 5-6 people and i have played against my friends and i won then all amount was credited to my dream 11 account so when i withdrawn my money, it didn't credit to my bank account and my money got deducted from dream 11 due to fair play violation. Can u please describe how it is against to your policy. Whatever your reasons i don't care. If you will not refund my amount then i will take legal action against it because it is totally unfair to your customers. So please think about it and refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will see you in court. Don't think that common man are fools. They have many powers.
