Dream11 Fantasy — network error in app on upgrading

Hi sir, i am a registered member of your app, i was not frequently using the app unless there are existing leagues. Recently i got a mail saying that i been subjected to some fair violation and upgrade the app to release your amount.

As mentioned, i upgraded the app on login shows network error and not able to login.

I just wanted to know for what fair violation my account has been blocked...?

i am getting messages like win bonus on real fantasy games ipl etc.
i got these messages 4, 5 times in a day by different numbers please solve my problem...
