[Resolved] Dream11 Fantasy — not allowing withdrawal \| problem with bank verification \| app doesn't allow me upload a bank statement in pdf

Hello, app doesn't allow one to upload a bank statement in pdf formats. I contacted dream 11 support team, they said and still saying one can upload a pdf document. When i tried uploading a pdf the app just crashes. Customer support is still persistent that one can upload a pdf. One of them even suggested to try to upload it on their website even though it is not possible on the website. They are not providing any solution to my problem and thus blocking me from withdrawing.
