[Resolved]  Dream11 Fantasy — pan card not updating

Address:Faridabad, Haryana, 121002

I am trying to update my pan card to withdraw my amount but it saying your card is connected to other account. Even after sending mail to their customer support i am not getting any response. I have only 1 dream 11 account and no where else i have updated my pan. I have raised concern to dream 11 support almost 2 weeks back but still not resolved. I am not sure why this problem is happening how can someone (If added my pan) as my mobile number and email id is verified plus i have aadhar card linked to my bank account, i should get option to add alternates as this unnecessary bug in app or dream 11 database is not allowing me to withdraw money. I need quick support and if required action to take this to closure. Attached is error shown on app
